Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Available on all orders over $50.

🔄 THE CULTURE KINGS RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your crown (and our gear) deserves respect.

⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To protect the integrity of our products and your safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (特定类别): Due to hygiene and personal use nature, select accessories (as marked on product pages) are final sale.
  • Beanies & Headwear: For hygiene reasons, all beanies and fitted headwear (like our 9FORTY A-Frames & K-Frames) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Chains & Jewelry: Intimate apparel items like chains, bracelets, and rings cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.

This aligns with standard streetwear retail practice to ensure community safety and product integrity.

📦 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow this 4-step process to return your gear:

1 Contact the Crown Holders

Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below to keep it clean.

2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Do not send anything without an RMA.

3 Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice or a copy, and clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the box. Ship to the provided address.

4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service.

💸 REFUNDS: TIMING & METHOD

Once we receive and inspect your return at our Louisville HQ:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection and approval.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be refunded to your original payment method (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Standard or free shipping rules apply.

Note: Shipping costs (original $12.95 Express or calculated standard) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
